At the Ripon Medical Center, several clinic services are located under one roof. Instead of being dispersed throughout the community, Agnesian HealthCare primary care and specialty physicians will see patients in the clinic section of Ripon Medical Center. Urology, otolaryngology (ENT), audiology, dermatology and behavioral health services continue to serve patients at Agnesian HealthCare’s Eastgate Drive location, adjacent to the new hospital.

If you or a loved one take blood-thinning medication, or need IV medication on a regular basis, you may already know about the anticoagulation clinic and infusion services available at Ripon Medical Center. Almost everyone knows someone who has diabetes. An estimated 23.6 million people in the United States (7.8 percent of the population) have diabetes - a serious, lifelong condition. Of those, 17.9 million have been diagnosed, and 5.7 million have not yet been diagnosed. The good news is that Agnesian HealthCare’s Diabetes Services at Ripon Medical Center can help you take control of your diabetes.

×

All patient rooms at Ripon Medical Center are private, and each features space for family members. Each also includes a 42-inch interactive television that patients and families can use to access the Internet, play games, watch television and view patient education materials, as well as high-tech connections to nursing and medical staff.

×

The Women & Infants Unit at Ripon Medical Center features two labor/delivery/recovery/postpartum rooms (LDRPs) to help families welcome their newborns into the world. We offer a nursery with state-of-the-art security monitoring system to ensure the safety of babies under our care. Having all of these areas in one area provides a nurturing environment for families, and improves coordination of care and resources.

×

A new system, called MyStation, will enhance our patient’s hospital experience and help them be more engaged in their care. They’ll have access to on-demand movies, TV shows, Internet, patient education videos and more. Patients control the system from their bed using a wireless keyboard or pillow speaker. It’s part of the TV system in every patient room.

×

Each of Ripon Medical Center’s 18 inpatient rooms – 14 medical/surgical rooms, three Intensive Care Unit (ICU) rooms (including one that can function as an ICU or medical/surgical room, depending on patients’ needs) and two labor/delivery/recovery and postpartum rooms – features a sleeping couch and space for family to spread out.

×

Our Intensive Care Unit rooms feature medical equipment mounted from the ceiling to allow nurses to have convenient access at the bedside, as well as helping to reposition patients and keep important access to this equipment.

×

Patient and associate safety is designed into each patient room with special ceiling mounted patient lifts. Using these devices, nurses can safely and comfortably transfer patients (when needed) from cot to bed, bed to chair, and more.

×

Nursing staff is continually keeping watch over patients. Glass doors to each patient room allow nurses to monitor patients visually at all times.

×

×

Patients have a more private experience from start to finish. Patients stay in the same room, and the rooms have doors with privacy curtains. Each room has state-of-the-art monitoring equipment.

×

A new sterile core area in Surgical Services is truly innovative. Staff is able to step out from a surgical procedure to get additional supplies, if needed, and then re-enter the surgical suite without having to rescrub for the process.

×

Surgical suites feature state-of-the-art LED lighting.

×

Surgical booms are helping to move wiring out of the way and off the floor, giving more space for surgical teams to navigate around their patients during procedures.
